Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Baby Ai Photo Generator mobile application.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Baby Ai Photo Generator ("App", "Baby Ai Photo Generator", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

The App is intended for users aged 13+ (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction). By using the App you represent that you meet the age requirement.

3. Services

Baby Ai Photo Generator provides AI-powered photo generation that processes photos you upload to create baby and maternity-themed images, templates, and invitation cards.

4. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for activity linked to your account and for keeping any credentials secure.

5. Coins and In-App Purchases

• Coins unlock premium generations and templates.
• Coins can be purchased via the App Store / Play Store.
• All purchases are subject to the store's payment and refund rules; coins are non-refundable except as required by law.
• How coins work:
  • Creating an image costs 8 coins
  • Upgrading to HD costs 2 coins
  • Video generation costs:
  • 480p / 6s = 16 coins
  • 480p / 12s = 20 coins
  • 720p / 6s = 24 coins
  • 720p / 12s = 30 coins
  • Coins are used only when you create or generate images or videos.
  • We may update coin values, pricing, and usage requirements from time to time.
• Peace of mind: No hidden charges. Use coins anytime during your journey, top up coins whenever you need, and 50% of unused coins carry forward each cycle.

6. Free Tier and Ads

Free users receive 1 free AI image and video per day. Ads (AdMob) may be shown — including rewarded ads used to grant additional coins. Use of the free version indicates acceptance of ads.

7. User Content and License

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant Baby Ai Photo Generator a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use and process the image solely to provide the App's services (including running AI models and delivering results).

8. Prohibited Uses

You must not upload illegal, infringing, sexual, or abusive content, or use the App to harass or harm others. We may remove or block content and suspend accounts that breach these rules.

9. Notifications

The App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging for notifications. You may opt out via device settings or in-app options if provided.

10. Analytics & Crash Reporting

We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to collect anonymized usage and crash data to improve the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms, or for business/technical reasons. You may also stop using the App at any time.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". We disclaim warranties of fitness, accuracy and uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount you paid in the past 12 months (or a nominal amount if none).

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance. We will publish the effective date at the top of this page.

Privacy Policy

Baby Ai Photo Generator cares about privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

User-provided data

• Photos you upload for AI generation.
• Account information (email, display name) if you register.

Automatically collected data

• Device & usage data via Firebase Analytics (events, screen views).
• Crash reports via Firebase Crashlytics.
• Advertising identifiers used by AdMob (Android Advertising ID / IDFA).

2. How We Use Data

• To process and generate AI images from your uploaded photos.
• To send push notifications (FCM) such as daily free photo reminders and promotions.
• To analyze app usage and improve features (Firebase Analytics).
• To provide and optimize ads via AdMob and to link ad revenue to app performance.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers who help operate the App, including Google services (Firebase, AdMob). These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

4. Storage & Retention

Uploaded images are processed and removed from our servers after generation unless you save them. Usage and crash data are retained according to service defaults; export or deletion requests can be submitted via email.

5. Ads & Personalization

We use AdMob for ads. For personalized ads, AdMob may use device identifiers and behavior data. Users can opt out of personalized ads in their device settings or app settings where available.

6. Children

The App is not for children under 13. If a parent believes a child under 13 provided personal data, contact us to request deletion.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, access controls) to protect data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. Report security concerns to appmakerindia3@gmail.com.

8. International Transfers

Data may be stored and processed in countries outside your own (for example, U.S. or India) as needed to provide services.

9. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting appmakerindia3@gmail.com. Export requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
